Traditional Country Sports

Deer Stalking

Ben Alder Estate is one of the best places in Scotland to partake in one of the country’s oldest pass times: Stag and Hind stalking. Moving up the hillside with one of our expert stalkers, your party will get the chance to make the memory of a lifetime.

The Ben Alder Estate mixed game shoot is set in the Allt An’t Sluic glen, a dramatic valley framed by heather-clad hills just outside Dalwhinnie. The deep ridge and varied terrain provides an exciting challenge with a mix of high, fast-flying birds for an exhilarating day’s sport.
Simulated Shoot

Want the thrill of authentic action but in a controlled environment? Simulated game shooting offers an experience that closely replicates a traditional driven day, blending the excitement of clay pigeon shooting with the authenticity of a real game shoot.
